根據(jù)深圳證券交易所2020年9月4日發(fā)布的《2019年度信息披露考核結(jié)果的通報》，深圳市鹽田港股份有限公司在上述考核中獲得“A”級(優(yōu)秀)這也是鹽田港股份自2009年以來連續(xù)11年榮獲深交所信息披露考核“A”級(優(yōu)秀)

據(jù)悉，與鹽田港股份同樣連續(xù)11年獲得此項榮譽(yù)的深市主板上市公司僅有8家(截至目前深市主板共469家上市公司)

深交所將上市公司信息披露年度考評結(jié)果由高到低劃分為A、B、C、D四個等級，評為“A”等級的公司將對其再融資等有關(guān)事項列入豁免或快速審核通道
