胡朝陽(yáng)表示，要堅(jiān)持問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向，找準(zhǔn)找實(shí)工作著力點(diǎn)和突破口一是要看清自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，這些年來(lái)，廣大黨員、職工的拼搏進(jìn)取為集團(tuán)發(fā)展打下了良好基礎(chǔ)，鹽田港成為全球集裝箱吞吐量最大的單一港區(qū)，“鹽田港”金字招牌蜚聲中外，業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷豐富、分布區(qū)域快速擴(kuò)展，正從一個(gè)區(qū)域性企業(yè)向全國(guó)性、國(guó)際性企業(yè)邁進(jìn)；二是要正視問(wèn)題不足，這些年來(lái)，無(wú)論是與全國(guó)國(guó)資國(guó)企縱向比，還是與市屬?lài)?guó)資國(guó)企橫向比，集團(tuán)發(fā)展速度還是太慢，近十年主要經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)年均增長(zhǎng)率遠(yuǎn)低于市屬?lài)?guó)企平均水平，一定要清醒認(rèn)識(shí)到當(dāng)前存在的不足；三是要堅(jiān)決推進(jìn)改革，唱好定戰(zhàn)略、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、配機(jī)制“三部曲”，朝著超千億規(guī)模、躋身中國(guó)企業(yè)500強(qiáng)的奮斗目標(biāo)大踏步前進(jìn)，奮力實(shí)現(xiàn)打造全球影響力卓著的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合服務(wù)商美好愿景

胡朝陽(yáng)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要堅(jiān)持結(jié)果導(dǎo)向，努力續(xù)寫(xiě)“開(kāi)山填?！毙鹿适?，向市委市政府交出一份優(yōu)異答卷一是要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)政治建設(shè)，牢牢把握正確政治方向，把講政治體現(xiàn)在一言一行上；二是要高舉旗幟“闖”出新天地，把建設(shè)全球海洋中心城市主力軍、生力軍的重任扛到肩上，向堵點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)發(fā)力，做新時(shí)代的“拓荒牛”；三是要奮發(fā)有為強(qiáng)化落實(shí)，把全部心思和精力都用在干事業(yè)、謀發(fā)展、抓落實(shí)上，始終保持奮發(fā)向上的干事勁頭，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在前帶頭干，黨員沖鋒做表率，在集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期作出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)
