近日,鹽田港區(qū)4臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化岸吊經(jīng)過分時(shí)分段試運(yùn)行并不斷改善優(yōu)化,已全部投產(chǎn),可提供7×24的全時(shí)段全天候作業(yè),率先實(shí)現(xiàn)了深圳港岸吊遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化每臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化岸吊都安裝了19個(gè)監(jiān)控鏡頭,操作員在遠(yuǎn)離現(xiàn)場的控制室內(nèi)即可操控岸吊進(jìn)行作業(yè)
在半自動(dòng)模式下,岸吊可自動(dòng)運(yùn)行集裝箱船與岸邊之間的最優(yōu)往返路徑,防搖、防扭、防撞等系統(tǒng)功能保障操作更為安全高效同時(shí),系統(tǒng)同步記錄操作員的每個(gè)動(dòng)作并提供精準(zhǔn)到秒的作業(yè)周期分析,將分析結(jié)果通過圖像系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)給操作員,協(xié)助實(shí)現(xiàn)更佳的作業(yè)動(dòng)作
