近日，鹽田港區(qū)4臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化岸吊經(jīng)過分時(shí)分段試運(yùn)行并不斷改善優(yōu)化，已全部投產(chǎn)，可提供7×24的全時(shí)段全天候作業(yè)，率先實(shí)現(xiàn)了深圳港岸吊遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化每臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化岸吊都安裝了19個(gè)監(jiān)控鏡頭，操作員在遠(yuǎn)離現(xiàn)場的控制室內(nèi)即可操控岸吊進(jìn)行作業(yè)

在半自動(dòng)模式下，岸吊可自動(dòng)運(yùn)行集裝箱船與岸邊之間的最優(yōu)往返路徑，防搖、防扭、防撞等系統(tǒng)功能保障操作更為安全高效同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)同步記錄操作員的每個(gè)動(dòng)作并提供精準(zhǔn)到秒的作業(yè)周期分析，將分析結(jié)果通過圖像系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)給操作員，協(xié)助實(shí)現(xiàn)更佳的作業(yè)動(dòng)作

遠(yuǎn)程控制及半自動(dòng)化岸吊的誕生，就像是給岸吊操作員配上了升級(jí)版的工作利器，提升了操作的安全性和穩(wěn)定性，提高作業(yè)過程的可預(yù)測性，具備精準(zhǔn)高效、安全環(huán)保等領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)據(jù)悉，鹽田港區(qū)岸吊升級(jí)改造從2019年6月開始，經(jīng)過操作、技術(shù)、IT一體化的聯(lián)合攻關(guān)和試運(yùn)行，于2020年5月完成四臺(tái)岸吊的優(yōu)化調(diào)整并正式投產(chǎn)，目前已累計(jì)完成約46,000個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集裝箱
