在優(yōu)化后的模式下，船公司只需進行一次性資質備案，即可實現(xiàn)整船換裝業(yè)務常態(tài)化，同步啟用的整船換裝數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)還實現(xiàn)了申報、監(jiān)管全流程無紙化整船換裝新模式大大縮短業(yè)務辦理時間，使船公司辦理換裝作業(yè)更便利，進一步優(yōu)化了鹽田港區(qū)的通關環(huán)境，提高通關效率，將吸引更多船公司在鹽田港區(qū)開展換裝中轉業(yè)務，為深圳建設“高水平國際中轉貿易港”增添動力
