近期，鹽田港區(qū)在大鵬海關(guān)的指導下新增“船邊直提”“抵港直裝”等通關(guān)作業(yè)新模式，以滿足船公司與貨主的業(yè)務(wù)需求，降低企業(yè)通關(guān)成本，助力企業(yè)復工復產(chǎn)，推進跨境貿(mào)易便利化2月26日，滿載415噸金槍魚的遠洋漁船駛?cè)臌}田港區(qū)

這是繼2月13日金槍魚（散裝）首次經(jīng)鹽田港區(qū)進口后的再次靠泊捕魚船靠泊后，金槍魚被迅速地從船上吊起裝入冷藏集裝箱中，并在大鵬海關(guān)監(jiān)管下裝車、稱重、出閘，短短30分鐘就順利完成通關(guān)這批金槍魚的快速通關(guān)，得益于大鵬海關(guān)“船邊直提”的新監(jiān)管模式

在新模式下，企業(yè)可在貨輪到港前向海關(guān)提前申報并獲得先行審核，貨物在抵港后無需查驗即可在船邊直接卸下裝車進口貨物可實現(xiàn)“船邊直提”，出口貨物則可以“抵港直裝”，實現(xiàn)從工廠到貨輪全程直通2月27日，一輛在橫崗工廠裝貨、運送汽車玻璃的集裝箱卡車抵達港區(qū)后，短時間內(nèi)收到海關(guān)審核放行信息，直接將集裝箱送到遠洋船舶“中遠海 新北京”旁裝船

從工廠到集裝箱貨輪的貨物運輸過程僅用了不到2個小時“抵港直裝”模式可使企業(yè)提前申報的無需查驗的出口貨物在運抵碼頭后即予放行，由承運車輛直接運至泊位吊裝上貨輪與傳統(tǒng)模式相比，“船邊直提”“抵港直裝”的新模式可減少集裝箱在碼頭內(nèi)運輸和裝卸次數(shù)，且無需在碼頭堆存，既提升運輸效率又減少物流費用
