大鏟灣碼頭船舶岸電建設(shè)二期工程項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收組由深圳市交通運(yùn)輸局、生態(tài)環(huán)境局、發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)、交通運(yùn)輸局寶安管理局、生態(tài)環(huán)境局寶安管理局、寶安區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局，大鏟灣碼頭公司、設(shè)計(jì)單位、施工單位、監(jiān)理單位代表及行業(yè)資深專家代表共同組成
與會(huì)專家及代表詳細(xì)聽取、審閱了工程設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、施工、監(jiān)理等方面的匯報(bào)、資料，并實(shí)地考察現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后一致同意項(xiàng)目通過竣工驗(yàn)收市交通運(yùn)輸局港航管理處處長(zhǎng)董燕澤在會(huì)上表示，深圳港是全國(guó)具備岸電設(shè)施泊位最多的港口市政府近年出臺(tái)了綠色低碳港口建設(shè)補(bǔ)貼資金管理暫行辦法等措施，大力支持深圳港船舶岸電項(xiàng)目，希望港口及各相關(guān)單位積極推動(dòng)船舶連接岸電，主動(dòng)參與綠色港口建設(shè)

大鏟灣岸電二期工程于2019年2月25日正式展開，并于9月底竣工及通過初步驗(yàn)收，中國(guó)船級(jí)社全程參與見證模擬帶載測(cè)試并根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果發(fā)出實(shí)驗(yàn)合格證明文件
在測(cè)試運(yùn)營(yíng)期間，該岸電設(shè)施成功為3艘靠港船舶提供岸電，每次持續(xù)供電時(shí)長(zhǎng)均在10小時(shí)左右測(cè)試期間所有參數(shù)均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求，全面滿足船方需求，充分反映了大鏟灣岸電系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性及安全性
