11月27日—29日，深圳海事局審核組對拖輪公司船舶安全營運和防污染管理體系進(jìn)行了三天的換證審核，認(rèn)為公司《安全質(zhì)量環(huán)境管理體系》文件及圍繞體系文件開展的各項活動均符合要求，滿足《中華人民共和國船舶安全營運和防止污染管理規(guī)則》（NSM規(guī)則）的強(qiáng)制要求，同意予以簽發(fā)符合證明（DOC）

據(jù)悉，拖輪公司于2009年首次獲得NSM規(guī)則符合證明，是深圳首個獲得此項資質(zhì)證明的拖輪企業(yè)實施以NSM規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ)的安全質(zhì)量環(huán)境管理體系，有助于規(guī)范船舶的安全營運和防止污染管理，為船舶安全生產(chǎn)和海洋環(huán)境提供保障

此次審核的末次會議上，雙方深入討論了安全質(zhì)量環(huán)境管理體系運行的新思路拖輪公司總經(jīng)理劉文光對審核組提出的方案表示認(rèn)同，并要求各部門和船舶對照有關(guān)規(guī)定落實檢查整改，對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和不符合規(guī)定的情況進(jìn)行原因分析，采取糾正措施，確保公司的安全質(zhì)量環(huán)境管理體系有效運行
