徐寧在開班動(dòng)員講話中指出，近年來，隨著集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型升級、“走出去”戰(zhàn)略不斷深化，一批重大工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目陸續(xù)動(dòng)工
工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是推動(dòng)集團(tuán)經(jīng)營發(fā)展的重要抓手，也是集團(tuán)加快發(fā)展步伐，謀求大發(fā)展，成就宏偉藍(lán)圖的重要載體他對學(xué)員提出了四點(diǎn)要求：一是要確保質(zhì)量關(guān)，二是要確保工程進(jìn)度關(guān)，三是要確保成本關(guān)，四是要確保安全關(guān)（包括施工安全和廉潔安全）
