11月21日，鹽田港集團(tuán)旗下的黃石新港進(jìn)境糧食監(jiān)管場地順利通過海關(guān)總署國家驗收組現(xiàn)場驗收，標(biāo)志著黃石新港口岸已具備糧食進(jìn)口功能湖北黃石市及周邊地區(qū)現(xiàn)有每年約200萬噸的進(jìn)口糧食需求量，主要用以滿足釀酒業(yè)，食品、飼料加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需要

隨著黃石新港及新港物流園區(qū)的不斷發(fā)展壯大，中儲糧、中糧飼料、大冶勁酒等一批糧食加工企業(yè)陸續(xù)入駐黃石新港物流園區(qū)，為黃石及周邊地區(qū)提供糧食供應(yīng)，并能承接重慶、成都等地區(qū)多式聯(lián)運的糧食運輸此次通過驗收的黃石進(jìn)境糧食指定監(jiān)管場地設(shè)置了糧食專用接卸泊位及糧食專用堆場，日接卸能力達(dá)600標(biāo)箱，碼頭前沿接卸區(qū)、查驗區(qū)、檢疫處理區(qū)、實驗室建設(shè)均按照糧食指定監(jiān)管場地建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行建設(shè)，可全面滿足海關(guān)部門監(jiān)管需求，建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在長江內(nèi)河流域處于領(lǐng)先地位
