《方案》指出，要支持贛州推進(jìn)改革開放走深走實(shí)，在內(nèi)陸雙向開發(fā)合作上作出示范，要拓展開放空間，高水平推進(jìn)內(nèi)陸雙向開放，推進(jìn)贛州國(guó)際陸港建設(shè)，開展多品種運(yùn)營(yíng)，積極推動(dòng)中歐班列高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，建設(shè)國(guó)際物流分撥中心；要積極打造贛州市作為江西省對(duì)接融入粵港澳大灣區(qū)的橋頭堡，支持贛州探索與深圳開展對(duì)口合作，鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新合作模式和運(yùn)作模式，加快建設(shè)深（圳）贛（州）港產(chǎn)城一體化合作區(qū)
