會(huì)議總結(jié)了集團(tuán)2019年度監(jiān)督工作的重點(diǎn)、亮點(diǎn)和問題，對(duì)進(jìn)一步完善和利用“6+1”監(jiān)督體系，提高協(xié)同監(jiān)督效能，將監(jiān)督有效融入經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展提出了合理的建議栗淼充分肯定了2019年的聯(lián)合監(jiān)督工作，同時(shí)提出了三點(diǎn)要求：一是要聚焦監(jiān)督重點(diǎn)；二是要提升監(jiān)督的能力；三是要將協(xié)同監(jiān)督貫穿到生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中，上下協(xié)同，使監(jiān)督發(fā)揮最大效力

徐寧強(qiáng)調(diào)，堅(jiān)持“在監(jiān)督中服務(wù)、在服務(wù)中監(jiān)督”理念，監(jiān)督要精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)，做實(shí)做好提倡效益優(yōu)先，兼顧公平、公正、正義；要提倡互相關(guān)心、互相幫助、互相提醒，要旗幟鮮明地反對(duì)官僚主義、形式主義，反對(duì)事不關(guān)己、高高掛起，反對(duì)浪費(fèi)；要多做錦上添花的事情，提倡反腐倡廉、廉潔自律；在集團(tuán)黨委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，監(jiān)督要出效果、出成果，監(jiān)督全覆蓋，打造權(quán)威、高效的監(jiān)督體系，為爭(zhēng)當(dāng)建設(shè)全球海洋中心城市主力軍、生力軍作出貢獻(xiàn)
