11月12日，集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)孫波、集團(tuán)總裁劉南安率隊(duì)調(diào)研西安光學(xué)精密機(jī)械研究所，副總裁葉忠孝、彭洪波，董事會(huì)秘書陳彪，集團(tuán)董事會(huì)秘書處、辦公室、投資發(fā)展部及大鏟灣公司相關(guān)人員參加了調(diào)研調(diào)研團(tuán)一行在西安光機(jī)所副所長(zhǎng)謝小平的陪同下參觀了西安光機(jī)所科技成果展示中心，實(shí)地了解西安光機(jī)所的總體規(guī)劃和科技研發(fā)成果

隨后的座談會(huì)上，調(diào)研團(tuán)詳細(xì)了解西安光機(jī)所的發(fā)展歷程以及在智慧海洋工程方面的科技成果雙方就科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化平臺(tái)建設(shè)、團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)、基金投入退出機(jī)制以及海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)合作等方面進(jìn)行了深入交流據(jù)悉，西安光機(jī)所創(chuàng)建于1962年，是中國(guó)科學(xué)院在西北地區(qū)最大的研究所之一
