惠州荃灣煤炭碼頭一期工程是廣東省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，其條形煤倉(cāng)開創(chuàng)性的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)曾獲得2019年中國(guó)建筑金屬結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)會(huì)“中國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)金獎(jiǎng)工程”
施工方面，其開山邊坡采用柔性爆破新工藝，通過(guò)單排微差起爆達(dá)到最佳爆破效果；炸礁采用水下鉆孔爆破結(jié)合鑿巖工藝，減少對(duì)周邊水體的沖擊以保護(hù)魚類；碼頭軟基處理采用了華南地區(qū)首次應(yīng)用的分離式直連真空預(yù)壓新工藝和高效節(jié)能真空泵組成的新型軟土地基加固施工工藝；煤倉(cāng)突破圓形煤倉(cāng)的原有設(shè)計(jì)，建設(shè)2座國(guó)內(nèi)水運(yùn)行業(yè)規(guī)模最大的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)條形封閉煤倉(cāng)，網(wǎng)架安裝采取整體頂升、分條分塊頂?shù)鹾透呖丈⒀b工藝，全過(guò)程進(jìn)行應(yīng)力自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)和網(wǎng)殼施工測(cè)量，確保施工安全
