9月24日，惠鹽高速擴建管理處在土建工程（第一合同段）預制梁場召開惠鹽高速深圳段改擴建項目工程2019年旱季施工勞動競賽動員大會本次勞動競賽以“不忘初心、牢記使命，順利實現(xiàn)南北段第一次交通導改”為主題，貫徹“安全、質(zhì)量、環(huán)保、廉政”的工作要求，圍繞“全線完成省高速公路建設指揮部下達的2019年年度產(chǎn)值目標3億”“南北段完成左幅交通導改到右幅（第一次交通導改），右幅臨時雙向四車道通行”的任務目標開展活動

動員大會對奮戰(zhàn)旱季一百天任務進行了詳細部署，要求各參建單位緊緊圍繞“打造平安工程、精品工程、陽光工程”三大工程建設核心，以勞動競賽活動為抓手，形成“你追我趕、奮勇前行、爭先創(chuàng)優(yōu)”的大干局面，掀起2019年度建設高潮
