9月24日，惠鹽高速擴(kuò)建管理處在土建工程（第一合同段）預(yù)制梁場召開惠鹽高速深圳段改擴(kuò)建項目工程2019年旱季施工勞動競賽動員大會本次勞動競賽以“不忘初心、牢記使命，順利實現(xiàn)南北段第一次交通導(dǎo)改”為主題，貫徹“安全、質(zhì)量、環(huán)保、廉政”的工作要求，圍繞“全線完成省高速公路建設(shè)指揮部下達(dá)的2019年年度產(chǎn)值目標(biāo)3億”“南北段完成左幅交通導(dǎo)改到右幅（第一次交通導(dǎo)改），右幅臨時雙向四車道通行”的任務(wù)目標(biāo)開展活動

動員大會對奮戰(zhàn)旱季一百天任務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)部署，要求各參建單位緊緊圍繞“打造平安工程、精品工程、陽光工程”三大工程建設(shè)核心，以勞動競賽活動為抓手，形成“你追我趕、奮勇前行、爭先創(chuàng)優(yōu)”的大干局面，掀起2019年度建設(shè)高潮
