9月25日，深圳引航站東部分站與拖輪公司召開引航員和拖輪船長的座談會引航站總站書記周端標、東部分站副站長江建忠，鹽田拖輪董事長曹世軍、總經(jīng)理劉文光，以及近20位引航員，拖輪調(diào)度負責人、全體拖輪船長參加了會議

On September 25, the eastern part of Shenzhen pilot station held a symposium with the tugboat company on pilots and tugboat captains. Zhou duanbiao, Secretary of the pilot station headquarters, Jiang Jianzhong, deputy station master of the eastern sub station, Cao Shijun, chairman of Yantian tugboat and Liu Wenguang, general manager, as well as nearly 20 pilots, tugboat scheduling principals and all tugboat captains attended the meeting

座談會上，引航員和拖輪船長們針對作業(yè)過程中存在的一些問題進行了深入的交流和討論，并達成了基本共識

周端標在會中指出，引航和拖輪是保障港口正常生產(chǎn)的兩大關鍵，引航站東部分站要高度重視安全生產(chǎn)工作，與拖輪船長互相尊重，密切配合，共同為鹽田港提升綜合競爭力、實現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展保駕護航劉文光對深圳引航站二十多年來給予鹽田拖輪的支持和幫助表達了衷心的感謝

曹世軍表示，鹽田拖輪將繼續(xù)促進引航員和拖輪船長的有效溝通，持續(xù)改進公司各項管理，與引航員共同做好靠離大船的安全工作
