8月15日，深圳梅沙海關(guān)在鹽田港現(xiàn)代物流中心“16+1”中東歐國(guó)家館召開(kāi)鹽田綜合保稅區(qū)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱鹽田綜保區(qū)）分類監(jiān)管互轉(zhuǎn)模式宣講會(huì)，園區(qū)內(nèi)的鹽田港物流、新興物流、海格物流等企業(yè)代表參加了會(huì)議近期，梅沙海關(guān)根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院出臺(tái)的《關(guān)于促進(jìn)綜合保稅區(qū)高水平開(kāi)放高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的若干意見(jiàn)》的具體要求，結(jié)合鹽田綜保區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的實(shí)際訴求，采納了鹽田港物流公司提出的“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管”保稅與非保稅貨物賬冊(cè)互轉(zhuǎn)模式，制定了《倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管企業(yè)辦事指引》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《辦事指引》）

“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)貨物按狀態(tài)分類監(jiān)管”賬冊(cè)互轉(zhuǎn)模式，簡(jiǎn)化了過(guò)閘的操作流程、降低了裝卸和運(yùn)輸成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)了“一倉(cāng)兩庫(kù)”功能會(huì)上，梅沙海關(guān)為各參會(huì)企業(yè)詳細(xì)解讀了《辦事指引》，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為企業(yè)代表答疑解惑，同時(shí)批準(zhǔn)了包括鹽田港物流公司在內(nèi)的4家公司作為試點(diǎn)企業(yè)
