7月24日，由鹽田港集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)舉辦的工會(huì)干部培訓(xùn)班正式開(kāi)班集團(tuán)黨委副書(shū)記、工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)主席王沛航出席培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)并講話，集團(tuán)系統(tǒng)工會(huì)干部共計(jì)60余人參加培訓(xùn)
培訓(xùn)班邀請(qǐng)了市總工會(huì)辦公室副主任張凱軍和廣東信達(dá)律師事務(wù)所高級(jí)合伙人、律師徐孟君分別做專(zhuān)題授課
張凱軍結(jié)合全市工會(huì)工作情況介紹了新形勢(shì)下工會(huì)工作面臨的新任務(wù)、新挑戰(zhàn)，明確了企業(yè)工會(huì)的主要職責(zé)和如何做一名優(yōu)秀的工會(huì)干部，并就如何承擔(dān)政治責(zé)任、密切聯(lián)系群眾、創(chuàng)新工作方法等方面進(jìn)行了深入淺出地講解徐孟君以《工會(huì)在構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系中的地位和作用》為題，結(jié)合實(shí)際經(jīng)典案例，從構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、妥善處理勞資糾紛、做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作三個(gè)方面講解了如何維護(hù)國(guó)家、集體和職工三者利益

王沛航在講話中指出，各級(jí)工會(huì)工作要繼續(xù)以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指導(dǎo)，深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于工人階級(jí)和工會(huì)工作的重要論述，按照市總工會(huì)和集團(tuán)黨委的工作部署，團(tuán)結(jié)動(dòng)員廣大職工，共同把集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)建設(shè)成為員工心中的“有用工會(huì)”“實(shí)力工會(huì)”
同時(shí)，王沛航對(duì)2019年下半年工會(huì)工作提出了四點(diǎn)要求：一是加強(qiáng)政治建設(shè)，提高政治站位；二是抓好組織建設(shè)，推進(jìn)工作制度化規(guī)范化；三是創(chuàng)新工作思路，豐富工會(huì)文體活動(dòng)形式；四是強(qiáng)化責(zé)任意識(shí)，積極做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作
