6月12日至6月13日，股份公司在海港大廈18樓會(huì)議室舉辦了為期兩天的內(nèi)訓(xùn)師與課程開(kāi)發(fā)培訓(xùn)，以滿足公司發(fā)展對(duì)人才的需求，建立更完善的培訓(xùn)體系內(nèi)訓(xùn)師在企業(yè)發(fā)展不同階段的有著不同的使命，從向別人學(xué)，到向自己學(xué)，再到被別人學(xué)，每一個(gè)階段都對(duì)推動(dòng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略落地有著重大意義

課程中，授課老師運(yùn)用豐富的甲乙方培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)向員工們展示了課程設(shè)計(jì)的方法和工具、教學(xué)呈現(xiàn)的技術(shù)及互動(dòng)課堂掌控的技巧，通過(guò)教練式引導(dǎo)法讓學(xué)員在實(shí)踐中建立課程模型，完善課程體系同時(shí)，基于各行業(yè)培訓(xùn)案例，授課老師帶領(lǐng)員工們深入解讀了戰(zhàn)略與培訓(xùn)相輔相成的關(guān)系
