本次演練分為臺(tái)風(fēng)預(yù)警信息響應(yīng)和次生災(zāi)害搶險(xiǎn)兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)響應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)采用微信工作群作為通信指揮輔助平臺(tái)，模擬臺(tái)風(fēng)預(yù)警等級(jí)逐漸遞增直到預(yù)警解除的全過程，各單位根據(jù)自身應(yīng)急預(yù)案及實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行應(yīng)急響應(yīng)
搶險(xiǎn)環(huán)節(jié)采用盲演形式，各單位分別對(duì)模擬的次生災(zāi)害進(jìn)行應(yīng)急處置劉南安率隊(duì)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩指導(dǎo)，并臨時(shí)抽點(diǎn)物流公司21#倉庫屋頂開裂和規(guī)劃建設(shè)部冷鏈物流服務(wù)倉基坑變形兩個(gè)場(chǎng)景作為考核項(xiàng)目各單位行動(dòng)迅速，緊密配合，圓滿完成各項(xiàng)險(xiǎn)情的搶險(xiǎn)處置任務(wù)
