在集團黨委領導及各級黨組織大力支持下，駐村扶貧工作隊積極踐行精準扶貧工作規(guī)劃，落實各項民生保障政策，改善基礎設施，重點扶植產(chǎn)業(yè)致富項目長效發(fā)展，以獎代補盤活農(nóng)村土地資源，激發(fā)農(nóng)民內(nèi)生動力，以工代賑多渠道促進轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，初步形成長短效結(jié)合、多元化業(yè)態(tài)布局

全村省定貧困戶61戶229人已實現(xiàn)預脫貧摘帽，取得脫貧攻堅的階段性成果在物質(zhì)實現(xiàn)預脫貧基礎上，駐村工作隊努力從思想文化上挖除“窮根”，以基層黨組織建設為抓手，推行村務公開，提升基層組織戰(zhàn)斗力，改善精神面貌，推進鄉(xiāng)風文明，為建設社會主義新農(nóng)村，實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興目標奠定組織和思想基礎

范德志同志還榮獲廣東省2016-2018年脫貧攻堅突出貢獻個人榮譽稱號
