3月23日，由國家人力資源社會保障部、全國總工會、中國企業(yè)聯(lián)合會/中國企業(yè)家協(xié)會、全國工商聯(lián)共同開展的全國模范勞動關(guān)系和諧企業(yè)與工業(yè)園區(qū)的評選活動揭曉，廣東省僅兩家工業(yè)園區(qū)榜上有名，鹽田港區(qū)是深圳市唯一一家獲此殊榮的工業(yè)園區(qū)
On March 23, the selection of national model enterprises and industrial parks with harmonious labor relations jointly carried out by the Ministry of human resources and social security, the all China Federation of trade unions, the China Enterprise Federation / China Entrepreneur Association and the all China Federation of industry and commerce was announced. 鹽田港區(qū)內(nèi)共有企業(yè)20余家，中外員工近6000人在鹽田區(qū)委區(qū)政府和鹽田港集團黨委的推動下，區(qū)港建立聯(lián)動機制，成立全國首家和諧勞動關(guān)系促進協(xié)會，包括鹽田國際、鹽田港股份、鹽田拖輪、鹽田港國際資訊等在內(nèi)的港區(qū)企業(yè)，積極發(fā)揮基層黨組織的作用，以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想和黨的十九大精神為指導，發(fā)揮先進典型的示范帶頭作用，以黨建引領促和諧，努力推進勞動關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)機制建設，打造和諧模范勞動關(guān)系，為新中國成立70周年營造了良好的和諧氛圍
據(jù)悉，為推進構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系，從2005年開始，原勞動保障部會同全國總工會、中國企業(yè)聯(lián)合會/中國企業(yè)家協(xié)會在全國部署開展了創(chuàng)建勞動關(guān)系和諧企業(yè)與工業(yè)園區(qū)活動，并先后于2005年和2007年進行了兩次評選表彰
