其中，雨水回收分為滲透和收集回用兩部分，通過綠地下滲和透水鋪裝等滲透措施降低地表徑流，同時利用室外設置下凹綠地和雨水回收系統(tǒng)將雨水收集起來，供平時的綠化澆灑和車庫沖洗使用項目共有２套雨水回收系統(tǒng)，模塊雨水收集池容積分別為１４４立方米與１０４立方米，年徑流控制率達７０．１％，滿足海綿城市建設的要求
