12月4日，中石油管道局總經(jīng)理孫全軍一行到訪鹽田港集團(tuán)，與集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)孫波就建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)光匯石油舟山項(xiàng)目等事宜展開(kāi)座談集團(tuán)副總裁彭洪波、光匯石油舟山項(xiàng)目部相關(guān)成員參加會(huì)議孫全軍表示，中石油管道局將積極推動(dòng)光匯石油舟山項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)，與鹽田港集團(tuán)建立長(zhǎng)效溝通機(jī)制，充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，把好質(zhì)量關(guān)和安全關(guān)，實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏

孫波表示，中石油管道局是中國(guó)油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)化公司，在工程科研、項(xiàng)目管理、勘察設(shè)計(jì)、石油化工、科技創(chuàng)新等領(lǐng)域業(yè)績(jī)突出，希望雙方在光匯石油舟山項(xiàng)目中積極探索在接收監(jiān)管、復(fù)工檢測(cè)、謀劃運(yùn)營(yíng)、上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)新合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏
