11月28日，一輛滿載集裝箱的卡車駛進(jìn)黃石新港集裝箱碼頭，經(jīng)黃石新港監(jiān)管作業(yè)場所卡口自動驗(yàn)核后放行，直接進(jìn)行裝船作業(yè)這是近期黃石新港新增的“抵港直裝”通關(guān)作業(yè)新模式，以“提前申報(bào)、提前放行、直接裝船”的方式，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)通關(guān)“零等待”

作為湖北省首批采用“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式的出口貨物，湖北三環(huán)鍛壓設(shè)備進(jìn)出口有限公司出口的剪板機(jī)，從工廠到港口直接通關(guān)后，被送至內(nèi)支線固定始發(fā)班輪“萬邦祥運(yùn)2014E”進(jìn)行裝船作業(yè)，整個過程不到2個小時，隨后啟程駛向上海港外高橋港區(qū)進(jìn)行中轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)往科威特

“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式，是指企業(yè)提前申報(bào)無需查驗(yàn)的出口貨物，在運(yùn)抵碼頭后即予放行，由承運(yùn)車輛直接運(yùn)至泊位吊裝上貨輪與傳統(tǒng)模式相比，“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式大大提高了通關(guān)效率，有效減少了集裝箱在碼頭內(nèi)運(yùn)輸和裝卸次數(shù)，節(jié)省了貨主裝卸時間，降低了企業(yè)通關(guān)成本
