12月3日，鹽田港集團工會聯(lián)合會第五次代表大會順利召開，選舉產(chǎn)生了第五屆委員會、經(jīng)費審查委員會和女職工委員會，集團黨委副書記鐘珊群當選為新一屆工會聯(lián)合會主席集團黨委書記、董事長孫波，市工交工會主席艾軍，集團系統(tǒng)各級工會會員代表70多人參加了會議

On December 3, the Fifth Congress of the trade union federation of Yantian Port Group was successfully held. The Fifth Committee, the fund review committee and the women workers' committee were elected. Zhong Shanqun, deputy secretary of the group Party committee, was elected as the chairman of the new trade union federation. Sun Bo, Secretary of the group Party committee and chairman of the board of directors, AI Jun, chairman of the municipal trade union, and more than 70 representatives of trade union members at all levels of the group system attended the meeting

大會選舉鐘珊群、程建功、劉劍、李雨田、劉文光、魏全貴、韓鳳亭、王東川、朱鵬、許青艷、肖兵、陸尚斌、夏俊三、盛俊峰、溫華、強小榮、譚鈁等17人為集團工會聯(lián)合會第五屆委員會委員，其中鐘珊群當選新一屆委員會主席，程建功當選委員會副主席;凌平、文敏、陳麗敏為集團工會聯(lián)合會經(jīng)費審查委員會委員，其中凌平當選新一屆經(jīng)費審查委員會主任;李雨田、胡建芳、熊玲林為集團工會聯(lián)合會第五屆女職工委員會委員，其中李雨田為新一屆女職工委員會主任

會上，程建功代表第四屆工會聯(lián)合會作工作報告，鐘珊群代表第五屆工會聯(lián)合會作表態(tài)發(fā)言鐘珊群表示，新一屆工會聯(lián)合會將著眼全局，聚焦主業(yè)，充分發(fā)揮工會參與、建設、教育職能，在持續(xù)加強工會制度建設的同時，不斷提升工會工作水平，全力營造和諧企業(yè)氛圍

孫波對做好新時代集團工會工作提出四點要求:一是要強化政治性，旗幟鮮明講政治，主動增強先進性，切實增強群眾性;二是要樹立大局觀，在服務集團重大戰(zhàn)略的同時，提高員工能力素質，放大示范引領作用;三是要種好“責任田”，既要服從好黨委領導，又要維護好職工權益，開展好文化建設;四是要提升創(chuàng)造力，突出創(chuàng)新重點，提高創(chuàng)新能力，補齊基層工會短板

Sun Bo put forward four requirements for doing a good job in the trade union work of the New Era Group: first, we should strengthen the political nature, take a clear-cut political stand, take the initiative to enhance progressiveness, and effectively enhance the popularity; Second, we should establish a holistic view, improve the ability and quality of employees and enlarge the role of demonstration and guidance while serving the major strategies of the group; Third, we should plant "responsible fields" well, not only obey the leadership of the Party committee, but also safeguard the rights and interests of workers and carry out cultural construction; Fourth, we should enhance creativity, highlight the key points of innovation, improve innovation ability, and make up for the shortcomings of grass-roots trade unions
