11月20日，集團(tuán)2020年管培生入職訓(xùn)練營(yíng)舉行結(jié)班儀式，16名朝氣蓬勃的管培生分配至集團(tuán)各部室、各企業(yè)，開(kāi)展為期一年的輪崗培養(yǎng)此舉意味著集團(tuán)2020年管培生人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目正式實(shí)施據(jù)悉，管培生人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目，是集團(tuán)在創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)方式、加強(qiáng)人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)方面的積極探索，對(duì)于建設(shè)專業(yè)化、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)合理化的高素質(zhì)人才隊(duì)伍具有重要意義

本次招聘的管培生共有16人，平均年齡23.7歲，均為2020年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，其中碩士研究生9人、本科生7人，專業(yè)涉及金融、財(cái)務(wù)、法學(xué)、航運(yùn)、工程等方向管培生到崗后，由集團(tuán)制定專門(mén)方案進(jìn)行入職培訓(xùn)、輪崗鍛煉、技能提升等多種形式的培養(yǎng)，并定期考核評(píng)估，培養(yǎng)期滿后開(kāi)展雙向選擇

作為入職培訓(xùn)的重要內(nèi)容，本次訓(xùn)練營(yíng)通過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展、辯論賽、實(shí)地參觀、內(nèi)部宣講等多種形式，幫助管培生迅速了解了集團(tuán)基本情況，提升了團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和溝通表達(dá)能力

在訓(xùn)練營(yíng)結(jié)班儀式上，集團(tuán)黨委副書(shū)記鐘珊群表示，集團(tuán)高度重視后備人才培養(yǎng)和人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)，管培生項(xiàng)目是集團(tuán)今年人力資源優(yōu)化配置的重要舉措之一管培生們要把個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入集團(tuán)的發(fā)展中，深入基層，到“能聽(tīng)到炮火”的地方磨礪，不斷提高自身能力，在助力企業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人理想
