大家一致認(rèn)為，集團(tuán)“十四五”規(guī)劃符合編制要求，既對集團(tuán)“十三五”期間的發(fā)展成就進(jìn)行了中肯評(píng)價(jià)，又對集團(tuán)發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了科學(xué)分析，具有前瞻性和可操作性經(jīng)過充分討論，評(píng)審專家一致同意集團(tuán)“十四五”規(guī)劃通過評(píng)審，并建議結(jié)合專家意見作進(jìn)一步修改完善

彭洪波表示，集團(tuán)正處于快速發(fā)展階段，必須高度重視“十四五”規(guī)劃的編制和落實(shí)工作下一步，各部門、各企業(yè)要在完善“十四五”規(guī)劃的同時(shí)，積極運(yùn)用多種手段推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，力爭實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)翻番、利潤翻番的目標(biāo)，推進(jìn)集團(tuán)高質(zhì)量跨越式發(fā)展
